Government Degree College Chandrabadani (Naikhari), Tehri Garhwal library was established in 2001 along with the inception of college. The library is located in the administrative block. The college library serves as a resource centre for both printed and electronic resources. The Govt. Degree College Chandrabadani (Naikhari), Tehri Garhwal Library also provides a large collection of reference sources (for e.g.atlases, handbooks etc.) in addition to various textbooks and other reading materials. The library has a huge collection of about 9224 books on various subjects.
